OKDHS will stop accepting LIHEAP Energy Crisis Assistance Program (ECAP) applications at midnight on Friday, May 15, 2020.
If you have applied online at www.okdhslive.org prior to that date, you can check your application status by contact your caseworker or your local county office.
The Low-income Energy Assistance Program accepts public comment. Public comment can be submitted at
LIHEAP2@okdhs.org or via postal mail at PO BOX 25352, Oklahoma City, OK 73125.
