Jami Ledoux, MSW, has served as Director of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services Child Welfare Services since 2014.
She began her career with DHS in 2001 as a permanency planning child welfare services worker in Oklahoma County. Prior to her current role, Ledoux served as the Deputy Director over CWS Continuous Quality Improvement and Staff Development. In this role, she was responsible for multiple programs including training, quality assurance, practice model implementation, children and family services reviews, and KIDS data (SACWIS). She assisted in the development of Oklahoma’s Pinnacle Plan, a comprehensive reform plan for Oklahoma’s foster care system, and currently leads this reform effort that has realized many significant system improvements under her leadership.
She has a strong network of professional relationships and is skilled in the use of data to inform practice, policy, and continuous quality improvement, leading the development of Oklahoma’s comprehensive CQI framework.
