How do Case Managers obtain the pay rate for CD-PASS employees?
Case Managers who attended the Optional Expense Training Sessions were given a spreadsheet that included the name of the member and the pay rate for each employee for each service type. When planning for reassessment, Case Managers will need to call Public Partnerships at 1-866-537-8379 and request the highest pay rate for each service type that the member receives. When you call the customer service line, be prepared to provide the customer service representative with the Medicaid number for the member. Customer Service Representatives will not release any information regarding the member unless the Medicaid number is provided.
