Smarter Mail Email System
Beginning January 1, 2013, all email communication to and from the ADvantage Administration Unit AuthentiCare group will be done via Smarter Mail. All providers should discontinue sending email to AuthentiCare@okdhs.org effective this date.
The process for sending and receiving AuthentiCare communication will be essentially the same as described for using Smarter Mail for Provider Question. Providers will use the same username and password for AuthentiCare as they were assigned for communicating with Provider Question. Likewise, the same password providers were given for Provider Question email should be used when opening email received from AuthentiCare.
When composing an email to be sent to AuthentiCare, log into your Smarter Mail account and enter the new AuthentiCare address, which is email@example.com . Thank you for giving your immediate attention to this matter.
