Off Referral Status
Effective immediately, any change from on referral status to off referral status will remain in place for a minimum of three months. This will include both requests for off referral status originating from the provider and requests for off referral status originating from the ADvantage Administration Unit.
Three months must pass from the date off referral status becomes effective before a consideration of going back on referral will be reviewed. As with any request for referral status change, you must submit a request, in writing, utilizing the Contract Administration Provider Request Checklist coversheet form, to request that change.
