Waiver Amendment Change Notice
Due to various issues, some ADvantage home-delivered meal providers have discontinued or reduced geographic coverage. Currently ADvantage home delivered meal providers are limited by waiver provider qualifications to those providers that have an Oklahoma Health Department license and an Oklahoma county permit. The waiver provider qualifications need to be amended to require compliance with food preparation, handling and distribution legal requirements in the state in which the provider operates. Amending the waiver would provide an opportunity for out-of-state providers of frozen home-delivered meals to provide services to ADvantage members statewide and assure continued access to this service.
Please be advised that the provider qualifications for ADvantage Home-Delivered Meals will be amended per the below proposed modifications.
