ADvantage Administration Unit Provider Update: Use of the Retrospective Claims Review (RCR) Portal

We have had several recent inquiries regarding mandatory use of the RCR Portal to capture reasons for non-delivery of personal care services to ADvantage members. Please note that the RCR Portal is fully functional and is supported by the AAU. However, we anticipate and are confident that once fully implemented, OK AuthentiCare will help both the provider agencies and the state to better monitor delivery of authorized services and consequently replace the RCR Portal.
In the interim, use of the RCR Portal will no longer be mandatory. However, the portal will remain available for agencies to use as a business tool. The AAU will also continue to provide technical support for use of the portal upon request.
