The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services and Support (CD-PASS) service option will be expanding to Pittsburgh County beginning Aug. 1, 2012.
Every Case Management agency that serves this county will need at least one Case Manager and One Case Management Supervisor who has received Consumer Directed Agent training in order to provide Case Management services to individuals who request this service option. The ADvantage Administration Unit (AAU) has scheduled two, one day training sessions to prepare Case Managers for this expansion.

Each class size is limited to twenty (20) individuals. To register for one of the dates, contact Provider Questions and provide the name (s) and titles of the people who will be attending from your organization; also list your date preference.
If you have anyone who is scheduled to attend the training that can no longer attend, please notify us so their names can be removed from the enrollment list.
