ADvantage Program Assisted Living Service Option Rate Increase July 1, 2013
Please be advised of the following changes; the Oklahoma Legislature, through Senate Bill 1120 (SB 1120), appropriated $8 million state ($21 million state/federal combined) to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) for an increase in reimbursement rates for home and community-based services administered by both Developmental Disabilities Services and Aging Services.
This rate increase will be effective July 1, 2013. The AAU has administratively made the appropriate changes to all of the affected service lines. At this time there is no action required by the Case Manager or the agencies providing these lines of service to our Members. The rate table below reflects the changes applied to all applicable service lines;
|Assisted Living Standard Level
|Assisted Living Intermediate Level
|Assisted Living High Level
This is a 6.2% increase from the last rate increase. All Assisted Living lines of service for current Members have been updated to reflect the appropriate increase to each tier level.
