CD-PASS Expansion to Adair, Cherokee, Haskell, Hughes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Seminole, and Sequoyah Counties on 3/1/14
The Consumer-Directed Personal Assistance Services and Support (CD-PASS) service option will be expanding to Adair, Cherokee, Haskell, Hughes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Seminole, and Sequoyah Counties beginning March 1, 2014.
Every Case Management agency that serves these expansion counties will need at least one Case Manager and one Case Management Supervisor who has received Consumer-Directed Agent (CDA) training in order to provide Case Management services to individuals who request this service option. CD-PASS expansion training has been scheduled in Tulsa for all agencies on referral in this expansion area. Additional regularly scheduled trainings are offered semi-annually, in April and October. Regularly scheduled trainings will be held either in OKC or Tulsa, and are available to all agencies in CD-PASS eligible counties.
Members will begin receiving notification of this service option as early as 2/1/14, directly from the ADvantage Administration (AA). If they have any questions or express interest in this service option, they should be directed to contact the AA at 1-800-435-4711. Members may begin completion of both the Member and employee paperwork once received, even if received prior to 3/1/14. However, no Service Plans for transitioning to CD-PASS in these expansion counties will be processed with an earlier start date for CD-PASS services than 3/1/14.
The ADvantage Administration (AA) has scheduled two (2), one (1) day training sessions to prepare Case Managers for the 3/1/14 expansion:
February 5th and 6th – 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Oklahoma State University (OSU) – Tulsa Campus
Main Hall Building
700 N. Greenwood Ave.

Seating for each training session is limited to Case Managers from agencies on referral in the 3/1/14 expansion area.
