MSU is working with Sandata to ensure that billing issues are resolved in an expeditious manner. A step in the process is to identify issues preemptively and to immediately correct billing profile information once identified. Normally, when changing any information in order to resubmit claims on behalf of the provider, it is necessary for Sandata to make contact with providers to corroborate changes that need to be made.
Sandata will be setting up a survey tool in order to obtain updated provider contact information. They are seeking to identify key provider staff that are responsible for billing and can address and authorize billing profile updates. Individual(s) submitted as key staff to be contacted for this purpose should be available to respond immediately upon contact. Sandata will be asking for the name, phone number, and email address for the billing contact designee.
This is of critical importance and it is necessary for Sandata to receive a response as soon as possible or otherwise no later than January 1, 2015. A link to the survey can be found on the EVV page Here.
