System Maintenance: The Harmony application will be unavailable on Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and also on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from Midnight to 4:00 a.m. for scheduled maintenance.
Provider agency users who become locked out of the Harmony Production Site will need to send an email to
HarmonyPasswordResets@okdhs.org to obtain a password reset. Helpdesk staff will call the user back at the phone number provided in the email request.
The email must include:
1). Users full name
2). Users agency name
including the specific agency branch if agency has multiple branches
3). A phone number where the user may be reached
