Interstate Customers

If you have an open case in another state and the other parent or party lives in Oklahoma, your local case worker can submit requests to OCSS in Oklahoma. All communication with OCSS in Oklahoma should go through your local case worker in your home state.

If you do not have an open case in another state, you may apply for child support services directly with OCSS. You do not have to be an Oklahoma resident to apply for child support services in Oklahoma.
