Overview
The Oklahoma Employer Services Center (OKESC) is a collaborative effort between the Oklahoma Child Support Services division of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and the University of Oklahoma Center for Public Management. OKESC partners with businesses as a resource that provides assistance with processes involving child support services.

History
OKESC opened their doors in February of 2008. The University of Oklahoma Center for Public Management (CPM) has partnered with the Oklahoma Child Support Services (OCSS) division of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) since 1996.

How We Help Employers
Our Employer Services Representatives are trained to answer questions about New Hire Reporting, Income Withholding Orders, and Medical Support. Because of this thorough training, OKESC is a central point of contact for employers.

How We Support OCSS District Offices

OKESC reduces the amount of paperwork at the district offices by processing medical support, termination, and address change forms.  OKESC also distributes information to employers and medical cards to custodial persons.  This relationship between OKESC and Child Support allow the district offices to focus on their core responsibilities.
