Our History
The Oklahoma Employer Services Center (OKESC) is a collaborative effort between the Oklahoma Child Support Services division of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and the University of Oklahoma Center for Public Management.

The program began in February 2008. It serves as a resource for employers and provides assistance to all Oklahoma businesses with processes involving child support services.

The University of Oklahoma Center for Public Management (CPM) has partnered with the Oklahoma Child Support Services (OCSS) division of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) since 1996.

How We Help Employers
Our Employer Services Representatives are trained to answer questions about New Hire Reporting, Income Withholding Orders and Medical Support. Because of this thorough training, OKESC is a central point of contact for employers.

How We Support OCSS District Offices
OKESC reduces the amount of paperwork at the district offices by processing medical support, terminations and address changes. OKESC also distributes information to employers and medical cards to custodial persons.

This relationship benefits child support by allowing the district offices to focus on their core responsibilities.
