Basics of Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM)
  1. Review the Guide for Financial Institutions.
  2. Decide if data match will be done by in-house data processing staff or a service provider.  Share Guide for Financial Institutions with appropriate data processing personnel.
  3. Decide which data match method you will use (all accounts or matched accounts).
  4. Select the media you will use for sending and receiving data to and from the Oklahoma Child Support Services' FIDM Agent, Informatix, Inc IDEC FIDM Operations.
  5. Identify contact persons who will be responsible for the FIDM program in your financial institution. Share a copy of the Guide for Financial Institutions with them.
  6. Complete the FIDM Agreement Form, including signature(s) of officers or executives of your financial institution, and return the signed form as directed in the accompanying letter.
  7. Start match process according to the calendar.
