Robert M. Greer Center
The Robert M. Greer Center is located on the campus of Northern Oklahoma Resource Center (NORCE). This is a 52-bed, specialized facility for persons with a dual diagnosis of mental retardation and mental illness. This facility is operated under a contract through Liberty Health Care.
