Dear In-Home Supports Waiver Participant,

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) has scheduled three more trainings for the In-Home Supports Waiver Self-Directed option for those interested in self-directing their services. If you attended one of the previous trainings, you do not need to attend.  However, you are more than welcome to participate again.

The SDS-Information Listserv is now up and running for families who are self-directing or who are interested in self-directing to share information and ask questions via email.  Membership is by invitation only, so if you are already self-directing, you will be invited soon.  If you have questions about the listserv or are interested in self-directing and would like to join the listserv, contact Doris Erhart at (405) 271-4500, ext. 41006, or by e-mail at doris-erhart@ouhsc.edu.
