Dear Provider,

 

This letter is to inform you of Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) policy changes effective June 25, 2007. 


Policy Transmittal (PT) 07-31 explains the changes in detail; however, a brief summary of the changes are also provided below.

 

Revisions to Subchapter 5 of Chapter 100, Title 340: 1) reflect current residential service options; 2) eliminate redundancy with other policies; 3) update terminology; and 4) remove obsolete provisions.

Developmental Disabilities Services Division. Then select the policy subchapter and section of choice.
