RE:  RATE INCREASE FOR DDSD NON-ADAPTED TRANSPORTATION MILEAGE

Effective January 12, 2006, the rate for DDSD Non-adapted Transportation Mileage was increased from $0.34 per mile to $0.41 per mile.  Please update your billing process to reflect the rate increase for services provided on or after January 12, 2006.  Your new authorization for S0215 SE has been issued.  You will note that the enclosed notice of authorization reflects the new rate of $0.41 per mile.
