Dear Provider,

 

The DDSD Provider Support and Research Center was established in 2004 as a quick, fast and accurate resource of information on DDSD Recipients for all DDSD Providers.

 

The Support Center works in conjunction with Case Managers, Area Managers, the State Office and the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) to resolve issues that DDSD Providers encounter in their work including, but not limited to:

 

  • Assistance with DDSD claim issues for DDSD Providers
  • Verification of consumer eligibility for DDSD services
  • Verification of DDSD Provider eligibility
  • Verification of authorizations

 

This letter is to encourage you to continue to use this service and to make the DDSD Provider Support and Research Center your first line of contact when you need help with issues concerning DDSD recipients.
