Enclosed is the DDSD Fiscal Year 2005 Annual Report.  This report contains very detailed information about all the programs and services offered through DDSD as well as figures on client participation, funding levels, the waiting list and much more. 

This is the first time DDSD has published its own report separate from the OKDHS Annual Report.  We hope you will find this information useful in budgeting and planning for your agency and in seeking support for the services you provide. 

The DDSD Fiscal Year 2006 report should be finalized and printed around December and will be mailed to all provider agencies then.
