Re: Consolidated Hotline Number
       Reporting abuse and neglect

Dear Provider:

Please be advised that the consolidated hotline number for reporting child abuse and neglect is 1-800-522-3511. The hotline is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  For incidents of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults, providers have the option of calling the consolidated hotline number or contacting their local Adult Protective Services office.  For incidents involving Hissom class members or other children/adults under the jurisdiction of the Office of Client Advocacy (OCA), providers have the option of calling the consolidated hotline number or OCA Intake at 405 525-4850.
