Child and Family Services Plan Progress Report (.pdf, 150 pp, 2 MB) -- Read the Annual Progress and Services Report prepared by the state of Oklahoma and provided to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The APSR provides an annual update on the progress made toward accomplishing the goals and objectives in the Child and Family Service Plan, a five-year strategic plan that sets forth the vision and the goals to be accomplished in order to strengthen the States' overall child welfare system.  Completion of the APSR satisfies the Federal regulations at 45 CFR 1357.16 by providing updates on a State’s annual progress for the previous fiscal year and planned activities for the upcoming fiscal year.
