Service Information
The Chickasaw Nation Child Support Enforcement department provides child support services to Native American children. The Chickasaw Nation Child Support Enforcement has two offices located in Ada and Owasso, Okla. Chickasaw Nation Child Support Enforcement utilizes the Court of Indian Offenses (Code Federal Regulations court) and tribal courts to establish paternity, modify and enforce tribal orders. The offices also assist in locating noncustodial parents.
