Boulder Dog Food Company, L.L.C. is voluntarily recalling the Turkey Sprinkles (3 oz.) with a “Best By” date of “05/18/16, 05/28/2016 and 05/30/2016”, a Lot Number of “743”, and a UPC Code of 899883001224 because the product has the potential of being contaminated with Salmonella. Salmonella can affect animals eating the product, and there is risk to humans who handle the product, especially if the handler does not thoroughly wash his or her hands after having contact with the Product or any surfaces exposed to the product.

H-E-B Issues Voluntary Recall H-E-B hamburger and hotdog buns and Hill Country Fare hotdog buns recalled for quality issues.
H-E-B, committed to the quality of its products, is issuing a voluntary recall for H-E-B brand hamburger and hotdog buns and Hill Country Fare hotdog buns due to the possible presence of foreign material that might impact the quality of the product. A terry cloth glove used for handling hot pans could have broken up in the dough, resulting in a potential choking hazard.

Medtronic Implements Worldwide Voluntary Recall for Certain Lots of Neonatal and Pediatric Tracheostomy Tubes
Medtronic (NYSE: MDT) announced that on May 8, 2015, it began notifying hospitals and distributors worldwide that affected lots of its Covidien Shiley(TM) tracheostomy tubes were formed with a wider-angle bend than standard models manufactured after November 29, 2012. The company initiated the field action following a small number of customer complaints that included reports of 12 serious patient injuries, such as breathing difficulties that impacted oxygen levels immediately upon tube placement or discomfort.
