To access the Child Support Payment Inquiry System it is necessary to log in on the DHS Secure Customer Information Sign In page. Customers are required to use a 9-digit DHS Customer ID and a 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).

If you do not have an DHS Customer ID (not your case number) or PIN, please e-mail your district CSS office (List of CSS Offices) to request your DHS ID and/or PIN. One DHS ID is issued for each person, not each case. If you have three separate child support cases your DHS ID will be the same for each case. Be sure to include your full name, current mailing address and CSS FGN (case #) in your e-mail.
Users of WebTV (all providers including AOLTV, Microsoft, etc.) are currently unable to access this system due to problems with the way the WebTV browser handles secure websites.
Scheduled System Maintenance
Regular scheduled maintenance occurs every Thursday night at 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. During this time the system will be unavailable. If you experience problems other than these times, please contact Web Support.
