To access the Child Support Payment Inquiry System it is necessary to log in on the OKDHS Secure Customer Information Sign In page. Customers are required to use a 9-digit OKDHS Customer ID and a 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).

If you do not have an OKDHS Customer ID (not your case number) or PIN, please e-mail your district OCSS office (List of OCSS Offices) to request your OKDHS ID and/or PIN. One OKDHS ID is issued for each person, not each case. If you have three separate child support cases your OKDHS ID will be the same for each case. Be sure to include your full name, current mailing address and OCSS FGN (case #) in your e-mail.
Users of WebTV (all providers including AOLTV, Microsoft, etc.) are currently unable to access this system due to problems with the way the WebTV browser handles secure websites.
Scheduled System Maintenance
