Online Services: Oklahoma Child Support Services SMART e-Pay

Information for Noncustodial Parents and Employers

Noncustodial parents and employers can pay child support electronically or by credit or debit cards.

Note: This service is not for custodial persons.

The OKDHS Oklahoma Child Support Services (OCSS) is proud to announce that child support payments may be paid by credit or debit cards. Additionally for noncustodial parents who would prefer a funds transfer from their bank directly to OCSS, we offer our SMART e-Pay service. Individuals and employers are both eligible to sign up for this service.

Requirements are simple to use SMART e-Pay:

  • You must be a legal owner of a bank account within the United States, or the holder of a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.

  • You must register to use SMART e-Pay (including those that had registered with the previous WebPay site). A valid e-mail account and access to the Internet is needed to register.

Log-in to SMART e-Pay using the username and password provided after registration to set up bank account information or credit or debit card information. You may make payments or schedule payments immediately after you have completed the registering process.

Notice: SMART e-Pay payments do not replace federally-mandated wage/income withholding. Making online Internet payments will not stop or cancel wage/income withholding orders for noncustodial parents. For more information, please read the Terms and Conditions on the SMART e-Pay site.
