Description: File contains requests to translate an Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) form, appendices, publication, or report to a foreign language. Information includes the request form, job tracking document, draft copies, proof sheets, final approval signature, transmittal form and approved copy for publishing or uploading to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services web sites. Translated publications are deposited with the Oklahoma Publications Clearinghouse.
Volume: two (2) cubic feet per year
Disposition: Retain in office until superseded, then destroy.
