1-12 State Plans (Record Copy)   (Essential Record 67 O.S. §203(e))
Description: File contains contractual agreements between the state and federal governments to monitor and audit programs.
Volume: two (2) cubic feet per year
Disposition:

Retain in office and review on an annual basis. After completing the review, destroy all duplicate and ancillary materials. Retain substantive records in office for five (5) years, then transfer to the State Archives for permanent preservation. 

OR

Retain in office and review on an annual basis. After completing the review, destroy all duplicate and ancillary materials and transfer substantive materials five (5) years old to an electronic format. Transfer hard copy documents to the State Archives for permanent preservation upon certification that all records have been successfully transferred to an electronic format and after storing a back up copy of the disk in an off site storage area that meets the manufacturer's recommendations for temperature and humidity controls and after retaining a user copy in the agency permanently.
