Library: Records Disposition Schedules OKDHS Office of Planning, Research and Statistics Consolidated Records Disposition Schedule 2007-02 April 26, 2007 General Records 1-10 Research or Statistical Reports File   Description: File contains working files needed to prepare various periodic or statistical reports.  Information includes memoranda, worksheets, survey and evaluation forms, raw data, spreadsheets, calculations, research results, reports and presentations. Reports such as the OKDHS Annual Report, Monthly Statistical Bulletin, etc., designated as a publication, are deposited with the Oklahoma Publications Clearinghouse. Volume: two (2) cubic feet per year Disposition: Retain in office until three (3) years after the report is completed or published, then destroy, provided all audits have been completed, all applicable audit reports have been accepted and resolved by all applicable federal and state agencies, no legal actions are pending, and approval to destroy documents has been received from the State Records Administrator. If legal action is pending, destroy two (2) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies, provided records meet all stipulated retention requirements.  << Back  |  Next >>
