Description:
File includes subpoenas requesting production of documents and related records, including, but not limited to case numbers, hearing dates, and copies of OKDHS documents.
Volume:
one (1) cubic foot per year
Disposition:
Retain in office until exhaustion of all legal remedies, then transfer to records storage. Retain in record storage until five (5) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies, provided records meet all stipulated retention requirements, and approval to destroy records has been received from the State Records Administrator.
