Appeal of Child Welfare Investigation Findings,

Description:
Files contain accepted and denied requests for appeals regarding Child Welfare investigations dealing with abuse and neglect of children. File includes but is not limited to the Request for Appeal and related documents; correspondence to and from the appellant and/or appellant’s attorney; and original photographs, or black and white copies of photographs.
Volume:
eight (8) cubic feet per year
Disposition:
Retain in office and review on an annual basis. Destroy duplicate and ancillary materials when no longer required for administrative purposes. Retain substantive records in agency permanently.
