Description: Materials reflect advocacy activities, including informal problem resolution and grievances, provided on behalf of residents of the Northern Oklahoma Resource Center, the Southern Oklahoma Resource Center, and The Greer Center.
Volume: sixteen (16) cubic feet per year
Disposition: Retain in office and review on an annual basis. Destroy duplicate and ancillary materials when no longer required for administrative purposes. Destroy substantive materials two (2) years after resolution in the agency provided they are no longer required for administrative purposes and no legal actions are pending. If legal action is pending, destroy two (2) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies provided records meet all stipulated retention requirements.
