Description:
Files consist of outgoing and incoming correspondence, including fax transmissions, memos and reports of the Office of Client Advocacy employees not acting in the role of administrator or supervision, maintained in the Department’s electronic mail system or other electronic records keeping system.
Disposition:
Retain in office until no longer required for administrative purposes, then delete applicable records from the electronic mail system or electronic records keeping system (magnetic tape, hard disks, floppy diskettes, mainframe computer system, or optical imaging systems); or archive to a OKDHS server and delete when no longer required for administrative purposes.
