Description: File contains agenda, summary of rule, cost impact statement, justification, effective date, authority and proposed text for each administrative rule presented to the Oklahoma Commission for Human Services for approval.
Volume: three (3) cubic feet per year
Disposition:

Retain in office two (2) years, then transfer one copy to the State Archives for permanent preservation. Retain one copy in the agency permanently.   

OR   

Retain in office two (2) years, then transfer to an electronic format. Transfer hard copy documents to the State Archives for permanent preservation (a) upon certification that all records have been successfully entered into an electronic format; (b) after storing an electronic backup copy in an off site storage area that meets the manufacturer's recommendations for temperature and humidity controls; (c) after retaining at least one (1) user copy in the agency permanently.
