Description: Files contain reference copies of rules and regulations adopted by agencies, boards and commissions, appointments by the Governor; confirmations by the Senate; proclamations; and manual signatures of State Officials.  The state office of record is the Secretary of State (Schedule 92-15, Series 2-9).
Volume: less than one (1) cubic feet per year
Disposition: Retain in office until no longer required for administrative purposes, then destroy.
