Description:

Files contain copies of transcripts, incoming and copies of outgoing correspondence, and classroom materials for training DDSD (Developmental Disabilities Services Division) client providers pertaining to the case of Homeward Bound v. The Hissom Memorial Center Clients. (See Series 10-1, for records not pertaining to Hissom related clients.)

Volume:

four (4) cubic feet per year

Disposition:

Retain in office three (3) years, then transfer hard copy records to the State Records Center. Retain in State Records Center and destroy seven (7) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies, provided all audits have been completed and all applicable audit reports have been accepted and resolved by all applicable federal and state agencies.
