Homeward Bound v. The Hissom Memorial Center Class Action Suit
6-19 Contracts for Payment 
Description: Files contain professional contracts for the Home and Community Based Waivered Services for the Developmentally Disabled pertaining to the Homeward Bound v. The Hissom Memorial Center Class Action Suit. Files include incoming and copies of outgoing correspondence; notice of contract awards from the Department of Central Services; contract sign off sheets; copies of contracts, invoices, and licensure notices.
Volume: seven (7) cubic feet per year
Disposition: Retain in office until the end of the fiscal year in which the contract expires, then transfer to either the State Records Center or the OKDHS Records Center. Retain in the State Records Center or the OKDHS Records Center until seven (7) years after contract expires, then destroy, provided all audits have been completed and all applicable audit reports have been accepted and resolved by all applicable federal and state agencies and no legal actions are pending. If legal action is pending, destroy seven (7) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies provided: (a) records meet all stipulated retention requirements.
