File contains the Oklahoma Emergency Repatriation Plan, OKDHS policy, correspondence to and from the Department of Civil Emergency Management, and other information relating to the management of the Repatriation Program while it was a part of OKDHS, from 1985 to 1997. From 1997 to present, the Department of Civil Emergency Management is responsible for maintaining these records.
