Description: File consists of pamphlets, brochures incoming memoranda and letters and copies of documents received from county offices. The records in this file are used to monitor health related services, including Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment Programs for children (EPSDT), Supplemental Security Income Disabled Children's Program, and family planning services.
Volume: 2 cubic feet per year
Disposition: Retain in office and review on an annual basis and destroy duplicate and ancillary materials no longer required for administrative purposes. Retain substantive materials in office three (3) years then destroy provided approval to destroy records has been received from the State Records Administrator or his/her designee.
