Consolidated Records Disposition Schedule 2001-01

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services Records Management Program includes all record formats, such as machine-readable tapes and disks, microfilm, audio and video tapes, e-mail, local and wide-area computer networks, electronic files, and paper documents, such as forms, correspondence, and files.

This is a reference copy of the Records Disposition Schedule for the Aging Services Division as approved by the Archives and Records Commission. The Record Copy of this schedule is maintained by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, Archives and Records Management Division.

Records are to be handled in a confidential manner per OAC 340:1-1-20 or as otherwise cited.

All OKDHS records are to be destroyed through a security destruction method as outlined in OKDHS Policy: 2-21-57.  Approval to destroy records is obtained from the State Records Administrator prior to their destruction. Records may be destroyed only after OKDHS has received approval to destroy the records from the State Records Administrator. 

Copies of records contained in this schedule that were created for the user’s convenience may be destroyed when they are no longer required for administrative purposes.
