Library: Records Disposition Schedules OKDHS Oklahoma Child Care Services Consolidated Records Disposition Schedule 2000-02 April 24, 2008 General Records 1-27 Child Care Development Fund Plan   Description: File contains bi-annual state plan describing the OKDHS child care development fund program submitted to the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). Plan includes information on estimated funding, estimated costs, and administration of the program, methods of developing the child care program, child care services offered, parental rights and responsibilities, activities and services to improve the quality and availability of child care, health and safety requirements for providers and territories, and assurances and certifications. Volume: less than one (1) cubic foot per year Disposition: Retain in office seven (7) years, then destroy, provided all audits have been completed and all applicable audit reports have been accepted and resolved by all applicable federal and state agencies, no legal actions are pending, and approval to destroy documents has been received from the State Records Administrator. If legal action is pending, destroy two (2) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies, provided records meet all stipulated retention requirements.
