Fleet Management Inventory and Sales Reports

| Description: |
File contains inventory and sales reports (Department of Central Services Fleet Inventory Form 017) for OKDHS owned vehicles. Information includes vehicle identification number, make, model and year, purchase and sales information, cost, license tag number, and location. The Fleet Management Division of Department of Central Services is the state office of record (Schedule 90-05, Series 8-6 and 8-7).

| Disposition: |
Retain in office three (3) years after vehicle is removed from inventory, then destroy, provided all audits have been completed, all applicable audit reports have been accepted and resolved by all applicable federal and state agencies, no legal actions are pending, and approval to destroy documents has been received from the State Records Administrator. If legal action is pending, destroy two (2) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies, provided records meet all stipulated retention requirements. Added April 27, 2006
