Description:
Log of individuals requesting and approved to display Identification Badges, entered into the Identification Badge Data Base, series 6-14.
Volume:
Less than 1 cubic foot per year
Disposition:
Retain in office until no longer required for administrative purposes, then destroy provided no legal actions are pending. If legal action is pending, destroy two (2) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies provided records meet all stipulated retention requirements, and approval to destroy records has been received from the State Records Administrator or his/her designee.
