6-14 Cancelled Identification Badges  
Description: Returned, lost or stolen Identification Badges as described in Identification Badges, (Series 6-13).
Volume: Less than 1 cubic feet per year
Disposition:

Destroy individual badges when returned, and delete applicable badge numbers from the Identification Badge Data Base, (Series 6-15). In the case of lost or stolen badges, delete applicable badge numbers upon notification that they have been lost or stolen.
