Description:
Files consist of all other Office of Inspector General employees’, not acting in the roles of administration or supervision, incoming and copies of outgoing correspondence maintained in electronic mail systems.
Disposition:
Retain in office until no longer required for administrative purposes, then delete applicable records from the electronic mail system or electronic recordskeeping system (magnetic tape, hard disks, floppy diskettes, mainframe computer system, or optical imaging systems).
