Description: Files consist of reports of audits conducted by private auditing firms under contract with the State of Oklahoma.
Disposition:

Transfer one (1) copy to the State Archives for permanent preservation. Retain one (1) copy in agency five (5) years, then destroy provided permission to destroy records has been received from the State Records Administrator.
