File contains audit work papers generated by OKDHS internal auditors during audits of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS), Department of Rehabilitation Services, Office of Juvenile Affairs, third party contractors and internal programs or operations. Such files may include, but are not limited to, audits of institutions, state schools, day care center claims or grants, child support enforcement contractors, or any other audit conducted by the OKDHS/OIG staff.

| Disposition: |
Retain in office three (3) years then transfer to the OKDHS Records Center or the State Records Center. Destroy records when they become seven (7) years old, provided no legal actions are pending and permission to destroy records has been received from the State Records Administrator. If legal action is pending destroy two (2) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies provided records meet all stipulated retention requirements, and permission to destroy records has been received from the State Records Administrator.
