Library: Records Disposition Schedules OKDHS Inspector General's Office Consolidated Records Disposition Schedule 97-06 January 16, 2002 Inspector General's Office/Internal Audit Unit 3-1 Audit Work Papers   Description: File contains audit work papers generated by OKDHS internal auditors during audits of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS), Department of Rehabilitation Services, Office of Juvenile Affairs, third party contractors and internal programs or operations. Such files may include, but are not limited to, audits of institutions, state schools, day care center claims or grants, child support enforcement contractors, or any other audit conducted by the OKDHS/OIG staff. Volume: 16 cubic feet per year Disposition: Retain in office three (3) years then transfer to the OKDHS Records Center or the State Records Center. Destroy  records when they become seven (7) years old, provided no legal actions are pending and permission to destroy records has been received from the State Records Administrator. If legal action is pending destroy two (2) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies provided records meet all stipulated retention requirements, and permission to destroy records has been received from the State Records Administrator.
