Description: File includes reference copies of computer printouts of Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP EN) authorizations, payments, and statistics received from Data Services Division at the end of each federal fiscal year. Family Support Services Division is the agency’s office of record, Schedule 2001-04, (Series 1-11).
Volume: 2 cubic feet per year
Disposition: Retain in office until no longer required for administrative purposes then destroy.
